Weldco Premium GP electrodes — 3.2mm diameter in a 5kg pack. These are E6013 grade general purpose electrodes for mild steel stick (MMA) welding. Farm workshop repairs, maintenance welding, structural tacking, gate and trailer work, general fabrication — GP electrodes handle most of what comes through a trade workshop.
E6013 rods are popular for a reason. They're easy to strike and re-strike, give a smooth arc in all positions, produce low spatter, and the slag knocks off cleanly. If you're not welding every day and need an electrode that behaves reliably when you pick it up after a week away, these are it.
Compatible with standard stick (MMA) welders from around 80 amps upward. The 3.2mm diameter is the most versatile size — handles light plate work and thicker sections without constantly swapping rods. The 5kg pack is the bulk option for workshops that weld regularly — farm sheds, maintenance crews, and fabrication shops that go through electrodes week to week.
