How high is the worktop?
The worktop is 743mm off the floor, lower than a standard standing bench. With the pegboard fitted the unit stands 1195mm high.
How much weight can the top and drawers take?
The 25mm rubberwood top is rated to 760kg. The shallow drawers take 10kg each and the deep drawers 20kg, and the side cabinet has adjustable shelves for bulky gear.
Do the drawers stay shut when I move it?
Yes. The drawers are designed not to slide open while the unit is moving, and an internal locking system with keys secures them.
What is the difference between the 61 inch and the 72 inch?
The 61 inch has 10 drawers plus a side cabinet and a 743mm high worktop. The 72 inch has 15 drawers rated to 45kg each, three overhead cabinets and a 950mm high worktop, so it suits a bigger tool collection.
Will it fit through my door?
The carton is 1615mm x 555mm x 830mm and weighs 115.5kg, so you need a 1615mm clear opening and two people to unload it. Delivery is free NZ-wide, and some basic assembly is needed.
